I've had the tagelharpa for a couple of days and already it sounds and feels amazing! Daniel's craftsmanship is certainly a standout in the world of luthiery. The build of the instrument is steady and durable whilst maintaining a rich full sound and comes with beautiful designs. Also these hybrid strings that Daniel has made for the instrument give you that full rustic sound you get from horse hair but are durable and hold their tuning very well. Cannot recommend enough!!
I’ve had this one for about nine months, and it sounds amazing even with my inexperience. It holds tune well and the notes are easily accessible. Very glad I cancelled a different order to buy one here instead! The price is great, and the quality is even better. Would definitely recommend getting one.
I have had this Tagelharpa for a couple weeks now and am loving it more and more. It’s small, which means the notes are all very easy to reach without much hand movement. The tone is very nice, breathy, and has that Norse quality I was drawn to in Danheim tracks like Berserkir or Blodfest. If you listen to Aftenstorm, Daniel’s band, the sound is very similar. Daniel has been very communicative with the initial design, updates on its crafting, and answering questions after it arrived. Very happy
